Not the best photograph but it smells great. Making a chicken casserole for change this Sunday. Chicken, carrots, onion, garlic, milk, white wine, flour with salt and pepper to season. It will be joined with roast potatoes. Just what you need when it's a bit cold outside.

Bagged myself some man points. Managed to fix the little 'ne's DVD player for the long drive tomorrow. IT skills appear to be transferable. Always good now....

Drinking this brings back a lot of great memories, from different
times and places in Greece. Most of all, late warm nights drinking and
playing backgammon. Happy days.

on the roof of the primary school opposite my house. Not quite the
rooftop antics of the Beatles or U2....
